We loved this house. We had grandparents and daughters to gather when one of my daughters got engaged. Perfect location for walking to Lady Bird lake and Zilker Park. Lovely neighborhood close to South Congress and Lammar dinning and fun. House was perfect outdoor and indoor space. Peaceful and well appointed.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The three levels make it feel super spacious, and the design is modern m, albeit with a slightly masculine vibe—but really well furnished and comfy. We loved the hot tub and pool, and spent so much time on the third-floor outdoor space just taking in the view of the city. It was honestly the perfect hangout spot.<br/>The hosts were great. It seems like they’re new to hosting, but they were super responsive and helpful. A few things needed tweaking when we arrived, like getting the hot tub going and bringing over some small essentials—but every time I reached out, they replied within 20 minutes and had everything sorted so fast. I really appreciated that.<br/>Only thing I’d mention is the primary bedroom gets pretty bright since it doesn’t have blinds. The host let me know in advance (which I appreciated!), and they left eye masks for me and my partner, which was a sweet and thoughtful touch.<br/>Overall, we had a great stay and I’d definitely rent this p

House rules

This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and guests with mobility challenges - including climbing a set of stairs to access additional levels.

The pool is open year-round. Should you wish to heat the pool daily during your stay, there is a $50/day fee to heat the pool from morning to nightfall. If requested, the pool can also be heated for less than half a day at no additional cost.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort. Any evidence of pets will be subject to additional fines.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 10 maximum. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn't exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Cancellation policy

This property follows Guest Haus Rentals’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Guest Haus Rentals will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Guest Haus Rentals will match it.
